Indiana Fever All-Star Aliyah Boston is rallying behind former South Carolina teammate Bree Hall, who is entering her final year with the Gamecocks.
The WNBA star took to Instagram and delivered a sweet message for Hall. The Gamecocks star is expected to have a solid year for her team as they go for back-to-back NCAA women's titles, potentially their third in four seasons.
Boston shared a photo of "Queen Breezy" on her IG stories and captioned it with:
"Queen Breezy [heart emojis] last year best year."
Aliyah Boston and Hall were teammates at South Carolina from 2021 to 2023, helping the Gamecocks win the 2022-23 NCAA title. Even when Boston moved on to the WNBA, they have seemingly remained close.
Hall had a banner campaign in 2023-24 as she was thrust to a more significant role, posting career-high averages of 9.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 26 minutes. She saw her year end with another national title after they defeated Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes in the championship game.
