Aliyah Boston shares striking selfies debuting new braided hairstyle 

Indiana Fever star Aliyah Boston showed fans her new look on Wednesday. The 2023 WNBA Rookie of the Year shared an Instagram story from her car, showcasing her new braided hairstyle.

Boston created a four-picture collage and added a five-word caption to highlight the change from her previous black-and-red hair to her new black, braided style.

"New hair and clear skin 🤍," Boston captioned the story.

Aliyah Boston has been busy since wrapping up her second WNBA season.

She recently shared pictures from a trip to her home in the U.S. Virgin Islands, which drew reactions from Caitlin Clark and Cameron Brink, the No. 1 and No. 2 picks in the 2024 WNBA draft.

"Slay sis," Clark commented on Boston’s vacation highlights.

"So Gorg," Brink added, accompanied by a heart-eyes emoji.

On Tuesday, Boston shared a post about her visit to D’s Wings in South Carolina, where she enjoyed Thai chili wings in partnership with a local tourism page.

“Thai chili wings at D’s are a must when you’re in the heart of SC!” Boston wrote.

Caitlin Clark responded to the post, jokingly asking Boston to bring wings back to Indiana.

Aliyah Boston talks about having Stephanie White as new coach

After an eventful 2024 WNBA season, Aliyah Boston and the Indiana Fever are preparing to work with a new coach. During a Q&A session on Reddit, the forward expressed her excitement about playing for Stephanie White, who last coached the Connecticut Sun, the team that booted the Fever out of the playoffs.

"I am excited to play under her, seeing how her past teams have succeeded under her has been great to see so I am excited to see what she can bring to the team," Boston said.

The Fever showed glimpses of brilliance under Christie Sides, and White’s leadership could help elevate the team to the next level.
