On Tuesday, Nwigwe renewed his vows with his wife, which went viral on social media, racking up over 1.1 million views on Instagram.
Reese was many figures around the world of basketball to show their support for the couple.
"I love y'all relationship so much!!," Reese commented on the post.
Nwigwe responded to Reese's comment, calling the All-Star, "Cousin," in his reply. Other basketball players such as Aaron Holiday and Sydney Colson also showed love to the couple.

Angel Reese is gearing up for a step forward in her sophomore campaign after a historic rookie season in the WNBA. The Sky superstar has been in the gym this offseason and shared a look at her progress.
On Wednesday afternoon, Reese shared a video of her offseason training, which drew positive attention from fans.
The 2024 No. 7 pick broke numerous records in her first season as a pro, including the WNBA single-season rebound record. During her rookie campaign, Angel Reese averaged 13.6 points, 13.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists, earning an All-Star appearance in just her first year.
Reese will lead a Sky team under new command with the hiring of head coach Tyler Marsh. Chicago moved on from Teresa Weatherspoon after just one season, in which the Sky finished 13-27 and missed the WNBA playoffs for the first time since 2018.
