Chicago Sky star rookie Angel Reese teased a potential change in the upcoming offseason. She's halfway through her rookie season, which has been historic due to her double-doubles. She's one of the favorites to win the Rookie of the Year award along with the Indiana Fever's Caitlin Clark.

In a post on Instagram stories, Reese shared an old post of herself having the "bob" haircut. She called it her "natural" hairstyle and would love to have it back this offseason. It seems like she's planning to explore it again once her rookie campaign is over.

"I love my natural hair. Soon as the season is over, the bob is coming back," Reese wrote.

Angle Reese rocks her real natural curls, which has been a trademark for the WNBA rookie. However, she's mostly known for using hair extensions and has been changing from time to time.

Angel Reese's first beauty deal was with a hair product company

Apart from being a WNBA star, Angel Reese is also a brand ambassador for many companies around the world. One of her very first beauty deals was with Mielle Organics, a company that focuses on natural and organic hair products.

"Athletes are the ideal beauty icons and brand ambassadors. I put it out there that I wanted to work with more beauty brands, and I'm so excited to be working with Mielle!
"I'm a longtime user and fan of the brand so this is the perfect partnership. I can't wait to share more with my fans and introduce my new Mielle bundle. The last several months have been a whirlwind. I feel really blessed," Reese said in a statement via ESSENCE.

Some of the brands that have a deal with Reese include Bose, JanSport, McDonald’s, Outback Steakhouse and Xfinity.

Angel Reese ready for second half of the season with Chicago Sky

The Chicago Sky finished the first half of the regular season with a 10-14 record. They are eighth in the WNBA but would want to improve their record and climb up ahead of the postseason.

The Sky are ready to give the reigns to their young players like Angel Reese after trading Marina Mabrey to the Connecticut Sun. Reese and the rest of the team have been back in practice since last week.

They are doing their best to build more chemistry ahead of the restart on Aug. 15, where they welcome the Phoenix Mercury at the Wintrust Arena. The front office appeared to have improved their defense with the trade, but the team needs to start knocking down shots outside the arc.
