Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese has been impressing many lately with her performances on the court. She and her team faced the Atlanta Dream on Wednesday, and the 22-year-old once again dominated the boards, as well as scored in double figures.
Reese recorded another double-double to extend her streak to 14 consecutive games this season, leaving behind Candace Parker's then-WNBA record of 12-straight double-doubles further.
The Dream visited Wintrust Arena filled with hopes of securing a win and breaking their three-game losing streak. They started the game strong but were dominated by the Sky in the second, and in the final quarter.
Angel Reese scored 11 points, collected 13 rebounds, and dished out two assists to help her team secure the win and continue to make history. She went 4-of-9 from the field and 3-of-4 from the free throw line.
Chennedy Carter scored 19 points, collected five rebounds, and dished out five assists for the Sky. On the Dream's side, Allisha Gray paced them with 20 points, with six rebounds. However, her efforts were not enough as her team extended their losing streak.
