Angel Reese stats tonight: Sky rookie dominates with another huge double-double

Angel Reese delivered another spectacular performance on Friday night against the Seattle Storm. The Chicago Sky went up against the Storm at their home in the Climate Pledge Arena and walked out as 88-84 winners in a close contest.

Reese was definitely the star of the night for the Chicago fans as she posted yet another double-double with 27 points and 10 rebounds. She has now had 12 straight double-doubles, extending her record for the longest double-double run during a single season in WNBA history.

She also ties WNBA icon Candace Parker for the most consecutive double-doubles in WNBA history. Parker's streak of 12 stretched two seasons from 2009 to 2010.

'Chi Barbie' scored 27 points, collected 10 rebounds, and dished out two assists to help her team secure victory. She shot 8 of 13 from the field and 2 of 2 from the three-point line. She made 9 of her 10 free throws, which were a crucial factor in Sky winning the game.

Reese's teammate Chennedy Carter delivered an exceptional performance, scoring a team-high 33 points, with four rebounds, and three assists. The rest of the Sky players were stuck below ten points and mainly played a supporting role to the hot hands for the night.

As for the Seattle Storm, all of their starters played well as they all finished in double-digits. Jordan Horston led the charts with 20 points and six rebounds on the night.
