Breanna Stewart picked her all-time USA Basketball women's starting 5 ahead of the team's first game in the 2024 Paris Olympics. The New York Liberty superstar is ready to help the squad win gold medal again with a team full of WNBA stars that looks extremely hard to take down.

Talking with the FIBA official X (formerly Twitter) account, Stewart named her All-Time starting five, which included herself:

"Sue Bird, Diana Taurasi, Maya Moore, Me and... Lisa Leslie."

Stewart left out some star players but it's worth noting that A'ja Wilson isn't on the lineup. The Las Vegas Aces superstar is playing in her second Olympic Games after making her debut in the 2021 edition hosted by Tokyo.

Wilson is the leader of the 2024 squad following a notable first half of this year's WNBA season. The veteran center is the leading candidate to win two notable awards this campaign, the MVP and DPOY honors, which could be a historic achievement for the two-time WNBA champion.

Perhaps Stewart's lineup is based on Olympic experience, which wouldn't leave space for debate. Still, Wilson could finish her career as one of the greatest players ever and become a regular name on these lineups.

Breanna Stewart hyped up herself, Sabrina Ionescu and Steph Curry during the Olympics' opening ceremony

Breanna Stewart was one of the most active athletes on social media during the 2024 Olympics opening ceremony. The forward ran into Steph Curry during the event, taking a picture with the Golden State Warriors star and teammate Sabrina Ionescu, hyping up the notable duo and herself with a short but direct caption.

"A lot of 🪣s," which stands for a lot of buckets.

Ionescu and Curry competed in a high-profile 3-point contest during the 2024 NBA All-Star Game following Ionescu's remarkable performance last year in the 2023 WNBA 3-point contest. The Liberty guard has earned a reputation thanks to her shooting abilities, which have complemented Stewart's game seamlessly.

Breanna Stewart is having a remarkable season, too, leading the New York Liberty to the best record in the WNBA and look like a strong favorite to dethrone the Aces and become champions.

In 23 games played this season, she's playing 34.3 minutes per game, averaging 19.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.5 blocks. She's shot 45.4% from the field and 86.9% from the free-throw line for the hottest team in the WNBA right now.
