Now that Caitlin Clark's first WNBA season has come to an end, some fans stopped watching the rest of the playoffs. Some of her fans took to social media to sum up their season supporting Clark and all the things they did to help the Fever and the league garner a bigger audience.

X account @stavrosforever shared a lengthy post, breaking down some of the things they did to support their favorite player and the competition overall. Among other things, they watched every game with the WNBA League Pass; attended eight games, including the All-Star Game; gave away three jerseys; tracked stats from several players, bought Panini instant and trading cards, and more.

"Sorry I scared everybody with all this support for the Fever, the W & kid-fans! 😬," they tweeted.

More fans joined the conversation, first praising the aforementioned user and then revealing what they did to contribute to the Fever and the league's growth.

"We love the W ❤️ (&we love Stavros!!!) Also a #FeverRising fan but seriously watch every game and fan girl over most players. :) glad to have someone like you & many others in our FC," one fan said.
"I did a fraction of what you did but appreciate the positivity and will say attending those games in person always provided perspective from the smear campaign, those people aren’t at actual games! Go Hawks - Go Fever!" another fan said.
"You are true fan, my friend," another fan wrote.

Others said that this was the true spirit of Fever fans and not the racists who used the team and Caitlin Clark to spread hate.

"Same, so disappointed with the smear campaign. I came for CC as well but then was all in for all the teams. #WNBA the disgusting racists are not us. Never a good idea to lump a whole group as one," one fan wrote.

Caitlin Clark had a season to remember

Despite having a rookie start to her WNBA career, Caitlin Clark finished it on a high. She struggled to get used to the rhythm of the competition at first, but after returning from the Olympic break, Clark dominated her opponents, leading the Fever to the WNBA playoffs for the first time since 2016.

She averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 8.4 assists and 1.3 steals per game, shooting 41.7% from the field, 34.4% from deep and 90.6% from the free-throw line. Her record-breaking season granted her the 2024 Rookie of the Year award.
