WNBA star Caitlin Clark made a hilarious request for former Iowa Hawkeyes teammate Jada Gyamfi in one of her latest TikTok videos. On Tuesday, the forward asked her followers what she should talk about in the next episode of her podcast, "Fresh Tawk," while announcing she would be the only one talking to the microphone.
One of the comments the post received was from Clark, who sent a five-word message to Gyamfi, asking her to talk about a specific topic that included the Indiana Fever star.
"How much u love me," Clark wrote.
Although she's playing at a different level, Clark has remained close with her former teammates. This wasn't the first time Clark commented under a Gyamfi post. In the first week of December, Gyamfi shared a TikTok video of herself dancing with teammate Hannah Stuelke while talking about their connection as roommates.
"rommate vibes (we're always roommates)," Gyamfi captioned the post.
Clark saw and commented on the post, sending a warning to both players to focus on the game and pay less attention to social media.
"More film and sleeping. Less tik tok," Clark commented.
This comment made Gyamfi threaten Clark about a potential block.
On Dec. 29, Clark attended a Gabbie Marshall and Gyamfi TikTok live session, flooding it with comments talking about several topics.
Clark shares a special connection with her former teammates, and their constant jokes on social media confirm this.
Caitlin Clark and Indiana Fever are predicted to be a landing spot for star free agent
While her connection with her former teammates is remarkable, Caitlin Clark could create new friendships in Indiana. The Fever has been named a potential landing spot for Satou Sabally, who is set to test the free agency after parting ways with the Dallas Wings.
On the "On Her Turf" show on Tuesday, WNBA analyst Terrika Foster-Brasby said that Indiana is a great landing spot for the German-American player.
"First team that comes to my mind is Indiana," Foster-Brasby said. "I know that sounds crazy, but I think Indiana would be a great place if she wants to leave Dallas. New head coach, new opportunities there. They are already a playoff team, and we've already heard and seen that there have been some questions about what NaLyssa Smith wants to do."
Fans have tried to recruit Sabally to Indiana, but she has more options in the free agency market.
