Caitlin Clark's boyfriend Connor McCaffery drops sarcastic 3-word reaction to Indiana Fever's post

Caitlin Clark's boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, had a crisp and sarcastic response to the Indiana Fever's post hyping their rookie sensation's laurels in her maiden WNBA season. The team's social media handle took to X (formerly Twitter) to highlight her list of achievements in the 2024 season.

Responding to the post, McCaffery had a simple three-word quip.

"Is that all?"

Caitlin Clark had a mercurial run in her rookie season. She exceeded all expectations after being picked No. 1 in the 2024 WNBA Draft, leading the Fever to the playoffs and breaking numerous records. As for McCaffery, he could not have been more proud of his partner for her accolade-filled debut season.

Connor McCaffery revealed how it all worked out when he began dating Caitlin Clark

What started as a friendship eventually became a love story. Speaking to Times Union in March, Connor McCaffery revealed what it was like once he and Caitlin Clark started dating.

"We were always friends. Our teams hung out together. We had good relationships with the women's team and we just eventually started hanging out. Really, at first, it was no different than it had ever been. It was just kind of easy how it all worked out, you know."

While Clark continues to remain in the spotlight as the Fever's mainstay, McCaffery has been charting his path as well. After serving on the Indiana Pacers staff after his Iowa playing career, he is now an assistant coach at Butler.

He worked with the Pacers as their Basketball Development Coordinator from the beginning of the 2023-24 season. Per Butler's official site, his role involved running the scout team, assisting with video operations and scouting reports, in addition to working out with the active team. The Pacers made the NBA Eastern Conference Finals in 2024 after missing the playoffs the season prior.

Meanwhile, Caitlin Clark heads into her sophomore season with more expectations. The Fever made the playoffs last year and with Stephanie White replacing Christie Sides, the goal will be to go the distance.
