The 2024 WNBA season is over, but the grind never stops. Don't take our word for it, let Connecticut Sun star DiJonai Carrington show you how. Carrington continued to work on her game despite the league being on break, as seen in the clip she posted on her Instagram account.

She took to her Stories to post a clip of herself in the gym. She wasn't just working out; she was there to work on her game at 2:45 AM.

All this with a caption to remember. Put that on a t-shirt!

"If you could be at the club til 2:45 then you can be at the gym til 2:45," Carrington wrote.

Carrington played her fourth season in the league in 2024. This season could be considered a breakout year for her as she put up her best numbers yet in the WNBA.

She averaged 12.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.6 steals, all of which were career-high numbers. Additionally, she earned her first major awards. She was named Most Improved Player and was named to the first All-Defensive team.

DiJonai Carrington is set to play on Unrivaled for its inaugural season in January

DiJonai Carrington's fans won't have to wait too long to see the results of her hard work, as she is set to take the court again soon. Carrington will be joining "Unrivaled" for its inaugural season this January.

She is a member of the Mist squad, where she will play with some highly decorated stars.

One of her teammates is Breanna Stewart, a three-time champion, two-time Finals MVP, and two-time regular season MVP.

Courtney Vandersloot, a five-time All-Star and two-time champion also joins them. Then there's Jewell Loyd, a six-time All-Star and two-time WNBA champion.

However, it isn't just All-Stars and champions on Mist. Carrington also gets to play with two rookies from the 2024 class.

One of them is the fourth overall pick, Rickea Jackson, selected by the LA Sparks. Jackson averaged 13.4 points and 3.9 rebounds and proved to be a reliable inside-out threat on offense.

Finally, they are joined by 2024 sixth overall pick Aaliyah Edwards. Edwards averaged 7.6 points and 5.6 rebounds as a rookie for the Washington Mystics.

With a well-balanced squad of decorated vets and fresh-faced youngsters, DiJonai Carrington and the rest of the Mist have a chance to learn from each other.
