WNBA power couple DiJonai Carrington and NaLyssa Smith once again proved why they’re a force in the league, both on and off the court. As Carrington celebrated her birthday on Wednesday, Smith went all out to make the day unforgettable.
In a TikTok video posted by Smith, she showcased a room filled with gifts for Carrington. The setup included rose petals scattered across the floor, red heart-shaped balloons, teddy bears, a photo of Carrington and balloons spelling out “Happy Birthday Tugs.”
The standout gift, however, was a cake modeled after a Balenciaga bag. You can watch Smith’s TikTok below.
NaLyssa Smith and DiJonai Carrington have been together since 2020 when they played as teammates at Baylor. Carrington, now 27, is two years older than Smith, who turns 25 in August.
Smith had time to celebrate with Carrington after her release from Zhejiang, where she signed for the 2024-25 WCBA season that runs until April.
In December, Smith delivered a stellar performance with 25 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and three steals.
