Caitlin Clark had a terrific game against the New York Liberty on Saturday. The Indiana Fever guard became the first rookie to record a triple-double in WNBA history and the first Fever player to achieve this feat in franchise history.

Before her record-breaking game, the 2023 No. 1 pick arrived at Gainbridge Fieldhouse ready for business. She picked a brown Gucci suit as her pre-game outfit, which didn't go unnoticed by fans.

This decision sparked plenty of reactions from fans. Some supported Clark's selection but others were strongly against it, even claiming she should fire her stylist over this look.

"fire her stylist," one fan wrote.

Somebody said this look gave her a more manly look.

"Made her look more manly," this person said.

Another fan said she should be an NBA sideline reporter in the offseason.

"She has to do sideline reporting for the NBA during her offseason," this person wrote.

Others had more positive comments about the outfit, noting that Caitlin Clark presented a outfit that contrasted what other players in the league wear. Somebody added that the WNBA is beating the NBA when it comes to fashion.

"I like this look on her," somebody wrote.

Caitlin Clark broke two records against the New York Liberty

Caitlin Clark meant business and nothing but business on Saturday, as she went off on the New York Liberty, which looked stronger than the Fever on paper. The Fever weren't playing around and took the lead in the first quarter.

The visitors came back in the second and third quarter, but Clark was key to complete the 83-78 win after the fourth. The young star finished the game with 19 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists. Besides becoming the first rookie to record a triple-double in WNBA history, she became the fastest player to record 350+ points and 150+ assists.

She needed 22 games to reach this mark, surpassing Sue Bird, who did it in 25 matchups in 2002.

Clark shared her happiness following the game, thanking the fans for their support, but kept her focus on the biggest part of the game: the victory.

"Another one of these," Caitlin said, while making a "W" gesture with her hands. "Shout out to the fans, though. They were unreal. They got us there through the fourth. Happy for our group."

The Indiana Fever has a future superstar and she's already proving that she can be the big player against any opponent.
