Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing over 120 alleged victims in the legal case against music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, has hinted that more people are involved in the case and the names will "shock" the public. After these comments, former Chicago Bulls star Ron Harper has shown interest in the case.
During a press conference in Houston, Buzbee said several powerful individuals will be implicated in the scandal involving Diddy's alleged sexual misconduct and abuse at his parties.
“The names that we're going to name, assuming our investigators confirm and corroborate what we've been told, are names that will shock you,” he said.
Ron Harper reacted to the news by saying:
“Ok we’re waiting.”
As of now, no NBA players have been directly linked or mentioned in connection with the Diddy case.
Buzbee also hinted that the upcoming revelations won’t just target Diddy but will involve many others who allegedly facilitated or ignored the misconduct.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said during the news conference.
Singer Good Fridae claims ‘a lot of NBA players’ participated in Diddy’s parties
Singer Good Fridae has come forward, claiming she spent time with Diddy in the 1990s as a teen, sharing her terrifying experience at one of his parties.
In an interview with The US Sun, Fridae said she was invited to a drug-fuelled sex party in a five-star hotel suite.
“There was a lot of sex going on, there wasn’t anyone underage, but a lot of dancers and hired people that were there,” the singer said.
She said there were "a lot of NBA players" present but did not name any.
“None of the artists that I saw were engaged in those activities, but there were a lot of NBA players and a lot of executives and whatnot with the girls.”
She described scenes where guests were having sex “anywhere they could,” with drugs being widely available.
“There was pills and stuff, I knew that there was [ecstasy] there and snow … cocaine, in little baggies in a corner, they were on these like coasters in sections,” she claimed.
“There were more men than women, everyone was drinking or doing lines of coke except for me and a few other artists," she added.
Diddy is facing allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering among others, with claims dating back to 1991.
