Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky might be the double-double queen this season, but her critics continue to poke fun at her finishing skills. One NCAA head coach even mocked Reese after reposting a parody video that trolled the Sky rookie.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay coach Doug Gottlieb thought that the parody video featuring Reese was funny.

"It's funny cause it's true," Gottlieb tweeted.

The parody video came on the heels of another double-double by Angel Reese. She finished with 11 points and 22 rebounds, an impressive feat considering it was her third straight game with at least 20 rebounds. However, her shooting remained a source for trolls after she went 4-for-16 offensively.

Many are using her field goal percentage to discredit her accomplishments this season. It's a valid point although it might be better to encourage Reese to improve her finishing at the rim rather than tearing her a new one like what Doug Gottlieb did.

The Fox Sports radio talk show host is set to take over UW-Green Bay's basketball program this season. It's his first coaching job after years of being a sports analyst on the air and radio. He played professionally overseas for a few years before returning home to work on the airwaves and television.

Angel Reese might not be the favorite to win the WNBA Rookie of the Year, but her recent performances could be enough to steal some votes. With Reese grabbing another 20+ rebounds on Sunday, she became the first player in league history to record three consecutive games with at least 20 boards.

Reese also tied Tina Charles' record for most double-doubles by a rookie with 22 set back in 2010. With the Chicago Sky still having 11 games left on the season, the 22-year-old forward is expected to break the record and possibly make it unbreakable for future players.

However, Reese's performance was not enough to prevent the Sky's third straight loss and dropping to 1-4 since the start of the second half of the season. Chennedy Carter seemingly put the game into overtime after hitting a 3-point shot with 1.1 seconds left in the clock.

The Las Vegas Aces had other plans with Chelsea Gray hitting a beautiful inbound alley-oop pass to A'ja Wilson. Kelsey Plum set a perfect screen on Reese to free up Wilson, who hit the game-winning shot at the buzzer.
