Caitlin Clark teased her former Iowa teammate and former Las Vegas Aces guard Kate Martin with a comment on Martin's TikTok video.

The former Aces guard showed her 142.7K followers her way of making coffee in her "Last Day in Las Vegas" video. During the segment, Martin showed off her nails. Clark quickly used that point to her advantage and made a jab at her former teammate.

"bro fix ur nail polish," Clark commented.

Martin was also quick to cook up a response as she jokingly called the Indiana Fever star a hater.

"Haters gonna hate (they're so bad)," Martin replied.

One of the most controversial outcomes from the WNBA expansion draft held on Friday was the selection of Kate Martin as a guard for Golden State. However, Caitlin Clark had nothing but encouragement for her former teammate.

The Fever star shared Valkyries' post about the team drafting Martin on her Instagram story and accompanied her message in the caption.

After the draft, Martin talked with WNBA on ESPN and revealed her thoughts on being selected as the first member of a new franchise.

"I am really excited, you know this league is all about opportunity and you just need one shot, right,?" she said. "I am very grateful for the Aces and everything I got to learn there, but I am really excited for this new beginning to build something from the ground up here with the Valkyries."

She also expressed her excitement and respect for playing under Natalie Nakase, the head coach for Golden State.
