WNBA fans reacted to Angel Reese directing the Unrivaled league director for a runway walk. The Chicago Sky has become the leader of social media in Miami, and this has been well-established in the last few days.
After teaching Kahleah Copper TikTok moves and assessing Marina Mabrey's dance moves, Reese took a harder project: to teach the Unrivaled director how to do a ramp walk. On Saturday, Rose Basketball Club posted a video on Instagram of Reese recording the director while also demanding the best from him.
"I need a better walk than that," she said.
She vehemently said "no," when he asked if his walk wasn't good to go.
"That's not good enough?" The director asked.
"No," Reese said.
Reese quickly took matters into her own hands and showed him the perfect walk, stop and pose.
Some WNBA fans fell in love with Reese's energy and called it infectious.
"Her energy is infectious," one fan wrote on Instagram.
"We love your energy @angelreese5 !!!" Another fan wrote.
Some praised Reese for directing the director as if she knew exactly what she wanted from the scene.
"We love a woman that knows what she wants! C’mon little baby!!" The fan wrote.
Some even fell in love with Reese's vibe.
"Lmao I love Angel," a fan wrote.
"I love her, she’s so vibey lol," another fan wrote.
A fan hilariously said that Reese must be the social media director of her team:
"I am pretty sure Angel is @RoseBC's social media director as well!!!"
Some loved the way the Sky star vibed.
"Angel vibes with everybody, how could you not love her?" One fan wrote.
"At this point if you don’t like Angel it’s a you problem. She seems to vibe with everyone," another fan wrote.
Angel Reese gets a sweet surprise from her Rose teammates after Vogue spotlight
WNBA star Angel Reese and Olympic gold medalist Gabby Thomas graced the cover of the Vogue magazine's latest issue. Two of the biggest star athletes in America are synonymous with blending sports and fashion.
After her big spotlight, Reese's Rose Basketball Club teammates had a sweet surprise waiting for her as she entered the locker room. The front wall was decorated with golden balloons that spelled Vogue and a poster of Reese on the Vogue's cover.
As soon as she entered the room, Reese was greeted by her teammates with a box full of cupcakes and a fresh red rose. She later posed for the picture in front of the decoration.
"Making sure our Vogue Rose smells her flowers. Congrats @angelreese5 #Rosebc," the caption of the post by Rose team IG handle read.
The Rose Basketball Club will start its Unrivaled campaign on Dec. 17 against the Vinyl Basketball Club.
