Caitlin Clark resembles Law and Order: SVU star Christopher Meloni, or at least that's what one of the fans claimed in a Twitter/X post as a side-by-side comparison of the two did the rounds. Meloni is best known for playing Detective Stabler on the long-running show for 12 seasons and has been a fan-favorite.

Clark has been touted to look just like the actor, and fans shared their thoughts on the post. One posted an image of the two side-by-side.

The responses soon followed:

@whodontlovecash tweeted:

"Now I can’t unsee this shit"

@30problems echoed the exact sentiment:

"I can’t unsee it man wtf"

Another fan @thunderstrom07 added:

"Bro got some explaining to do because they look too much alike for this to be coincidental"

@mrgoontastic said:

"That’s who it is I knew she looked familiar i just couldn’t put my finger on it."

A fan wanted Clark to be in SVU. @tinorelz tweeted:

"Need to be in the svu"

On the season front, though, it hasn't been the greatest of starts for Caitlin Clark, as the Fever slipped to their sixth loss in seven games — the latest coming against the Las Vegas Aces. The guard had a forgettable outing with eight points, five rebounds and seven assists.

Caitlin Clark talks about her approach to the game even when the shots don't fall

The Indiana Fever's sole win this season came against the LA Sparks. Caitlin Clark showcased her clutch gene with two 3-pointers in the last two minutes to land the win.

Apart from her 11 points, Clark ended her day with 10 rebounds and eight assists. The expectations have been high since she was drafted as the No. 1 overall pick by the Fever.

After the win, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star gave a glimpse of her mindset when her shots don't fall.

"I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I seriously think every shot I shoot is going to go in.
"Some nights are absolutely amazing, and some nights you struggle to shoot it a little bit, but I want to take those shots at the end of the game. I think it's a mindset and a confidence that you have to have about yourself."

It has not been an easy run for Caitlin Clark and the Fever, but the good thing is that the rookie has been a quick learner amidst the immense competition in the WNBA.
