Though the Dallas Wings resumed their season with a loss on the court after returning from an All-Star break on Friday, star forward Natasha Howard had a huge win off the court yesterday afternoon.
On Monday afternoon, Natasha Howard shared photos of her wedding, tying the knot with girlfriend Jac'Eil.
Howard's wife, Jac'Eil shared a loving comment on Natasha Howard's X post that shared photos of the two on their big day.
"These last two years have been so amazing with you! I'm not sure where you found the patience to deal with my ways at times but you do! You give me peace every day! You have definitely put me in my calm era! Thank you for always being so understanding. I love you," Jac'Eil wrote in her comment.
"I love you more baby. I am happy that I can bring you peace and be in your soft girl era as well," Natasha Howard responded to her wife.
Natasha Howard also gave a special shoutout to those involved in her wedding via Instagram post.
Nastasha Howard is one of the few bright spots for Dallas Wings this season
On Friday, before her wedding, Natasha Howard and the Dallas Wings suffered their 20th loss of the season, dropping them to 6-20 with 14 games remaining.
In 14 games for Dallas this season, Natasha Howard has averaged 16.6 points, 3.4 assists and 7.1 rebounds, shooting 45 percent from the field in her 11th WNBA season.
Natasha Howard has been one of the few bright spots for a Dallas Wings squad that holds the sole position of the 10th seed in the WNBA.
Given her strong play, Howard could find herself on the move, as the WNBA trade deadline is on Tuesday. Dallas could elect to capitalize on Howard's value at 32-years old by sending her to a championship contender.
Natasha Howard has shown she still has plenty in the tank in Year 11 and could carve out a significant role for a championship contender if she is dealt at the WNBA trade deadline.
