One photo featured Martin, a former Iowa Hawkeye, holding a pumpkin over her head, with Gransee captioning that it perfectly captures the fall spirit.

In another, the couple enjoyed the colorful Boston autumn, with leaves in shades of green, yellow, brown and red.

According to The Sun, both Martin and Gransee attended the University of Iowa and publicly announced their relationship in June 2024.

Gransee, who has over 23,000 Instagram followers, works as a staff consultant for the recruitment agency Beacon Hill Technologies.

When Caitlin Clark shared their excitement to play against Kate Martin in the pros

WNBA star Caitlin Clark entered the league this year alongside her former Iowa Hawkeyes teammate, Kate Martin.

In Martin’s final season with the Hawkeyes, she posted career-high averages of 13.1 points and 6.8 rebounds, along with 2.3 assists per game, shooting 50.7%. She complimented Clark, who led the team with 31.6 ppg, 8.9 apg and 7.4 rpg.

Both players entered the 2024 WNBA Draft, with Clark going first overall to the Indiana Fever and Martin being selected 18th overall by the Las Vegas Aces.

In September, when asked about playing against Martin and the Aces in Indiana, Clark said (per Chloe Peterson):

“It’s definitely fun for us, it’s fun for a lot of fans in the Midwest that cheered us on while we were in college. It’s cool to see one of your best friends live out her dream.”

Clark quickly became one of the league's top players, earning First Team All-WNBA honors, winning Rookie of the Year and breaking multiple records in assists and 3-point shooting.

Martin, meanwhile, averaged 2.6 ppg and 1.6 rpg per game in her first season with the Aces.

Clark's Fever ended their campaign after losing to the Connecticut Sun in the first round of playoffs, while Martin and the Aces lost in the semifinals to the New York Liberty, who went on to win the championship.
