In Pictures: Sue Bird shares series of iconic photos with fellow Wasserman athletes at 2024 WNBA All-Star Weekend

WNBA legend Sue Bird shared a series of iconic photos from the 2024 WNBA All-Star Weekend. A bunch of current and former players were present in Phoenix on Friday and Saturday to celebrate the success of the league. Bird had an opportunity to pose with a bunch of fellow Wasserman athletes during a gathering last Friday.

In a post on her official Instagram account, Bird showed off photos from a pictorial featuring Wasserman athletes and agents. The future Hall of Famer has been represented by Wasserman for years and remains part of the team into her post-WNBA journey.

Among those present in the images are current WNBA players such as Diana Taurasi, Breanna Stewart, Brittney Griner, Stefanie Dolson and Nneka Ogwumike. Current UConn star Paige Bueckers was also present since she's been with Wasserman since 2021.

Former WNBA players on the posts include Penny Taylor, Marta Xagray and Danielle Robinson. Taylor is married to Diana Taurasi, while Xagray is the partner of Breanna Stewart. Robinson last played for the Atlanta Dream and remains a free agent at the age of 35.

Former USWNT star Megan Rapinoe is also in the pictures since she's been in a relationship with Sue Bird since 2016. Wasserman executives are also present such as Tracy Hughes, Lindsay Kagawa Colas, Annie Takahashi and Autumnsarah Foster-Pagett.

Hughes currently serves as Vice President of Women’s Sports and The Collective for Wasserman, while Colas is the Executive Vice President for Talent Representation. Takahashi is the Senior Manager of Operations and Client Services, and Foster-Pagett is the Manager for Client Services.

According to AZ Central, Sue Bird's media company TOGETHXR hosted the two-day wellness festival at the 2024 WNBA All-Star Weekend. The media company partnered with Menta, a mental health media company. One of the events was also sponsored by The Aflac Duck, the mascot of the insurance company Aflac.

Sue Bird names her WNBA ROY favorite

The first half of the WNBA season is officially over as the league takes an Olympic break to give way to Team USA's efforts to bring back another gold medal. Despite the season not being over, people are already crowning either Caitlin Clark or Angel Reese as the Rookie of the Year.

Sue Bird, whose media company TOGETHXR hosted a bunch of events at the WNBA All-Star Weekend, gave her take on the ROY race. Bird admitted on Good Game with Sarah Spain that Clark is her current favorite to take home the award.

"Currently, I hate doing mid-season awards, right? Honestly, I've felt this way about MVP forever. People would say someone was MVP in the first two weeks and then in a weird way, it kept them in that conversation no matter what they did. So I've never been, but currently Caitlin Clark," Bird said.
