Former Chicago Sky guard Kysre Gondrezick dropped an NSFW reaction on Alisah Chanel's New Year post. Chanel had an incredible 2024, topped by the announcement of her second pregnancy with husband and Dallas Mavericks star P.J. Washington.
In an Instagram post just before midnight, Chanel wrote a short message for her followers ahead of their New Year celebration. She's thankful for a wonderful year and looking forward to a prosperous 2025.
"What an incredible year this has been! Excited to see what’s in store for 2025," Chanel wrote.
Several social media personalities commented on Alisah Chanel's post, including Kysre Gondrezick. The free agent has been exchanging sweet comments with Chanel this year, including one in September when Gondrezick was wearing a luxurious brown dress in New York City.
Gondrezick couldn't help herself from dropping a NSFW comment on Chanel's New Year message.
"F*cking glowing," Gondrezick wrote.
Alisah Chanel and P.J. Washington announced a few weeks ago that they were expecting their second child together. The couple welcomed their son Preston in December 2022. They then got married in October 2023 in a lavish ceremony.
Washington also has a son with ex-girlfriend Brittany Renner named Paul. The couple share custody of their son, and Paul can often be seen in Chanel's post with his half-brother Preston.
Meanwhile, Kysre Gondrezick is the girlfriend of Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown. They were seen watching the NBA Summer League together in Las Vegas and also attended the ESPY Awards in July in Los Angeles.
However, it seemed like the two might have broken up, as her vacation post with him in Brazil had been deleted from her Instagram profile. She also dropped a hint about liking "dating herself".
What's next for Kysre Gondrezick?
Kysre Gondrezick was the fourth pick of the 2021 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever, but she was waived by the Fever after 19 games and spent the next two seasons as a free agent. The Chicago Sky signed her last offseason but played just five games before getting released in June.
Since then, Gondrezick has been busy with some side gigs as a model and actress. She told the New York Post in November that she doesn't know her future in the WNBA but seems ready for the next chapter.
"I am all over the place right now," Gondrezick said. "I'm in acting classes, acting training. I'm getting ready to shoot some film work for 2025. It's been a heck of a year.
"It is funny, someone said, 'You have trended more since you've been cut and since you were in the league and you were trending so much in the league.' I'm just living in the beauty of my purpose."
Gondrezick mentioned her interest in playing for Unrivaled back then, but the league has announced the 36-player roster, and she isn't a part of it.
