The Indiana Fever's Lexie Hull is coming off her best season yet in the pros. Known for her intensity on the court, Hull was a key figure in Christie Sides' Fever team that reached the playoffs for the first time in eight years.

The Fever showed their appreciation for Hull's hard work with a post on their Instagram account on Saturday.

"@lexiehulll shined bright in year 3"

Shortly after, Hull went on to share one of the images of her celebrating with the passionate Indiana fans at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on her Instagram story. She said:

Entering the 2024 season, there were high expectations for Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston, but few could have predicted that Lexie Hull would have the breakout season that she did.

Hull finished with career highs in points, assists, field goal percentage and games played. She also shot a career-best 47% from behind the arc, a significant improvement from the 21.7% she finished with last year. Overall, Hull averaged 5.5 points, 1.1 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game.

2024 turned out to be an exceptional season for Fever fans. Several players stepped up and the team provided their fans with some high-level and entertaining basketball along the way. Indiana posted a 20-20 record to finish sixth in the standings and qualify for the playoffs for the first time since 2016.

Lexie Hull's standout season had a lot to do with rookie sensation Caitlin Clark, who helped lift the level of basketball within the team. Clark broke the WNBA's assists record in her first season in the league and is regarded as one of the top distributors of the ball. Her vision and passing abilities have helped propel Hull's game to new heights.

Off the court, Hull and Clark also have a close relationship with the two sharing videos on social media and regularly cracking jokes during postgame press conferences.

In a recent interview, Hull spoke about her connection with Clark.

"I'm really happy she is here. ... We're good friends, we hang out a good amount and she's just a fun person to be around," Hull said.

Lexie Hull and Caitlin Clark started their offseason early as their Fever team got bounced in the first round by the Connecticut Sun. The 2025 WNBA season will begin in May.
