Since the Chicago Sky were unable to make the playoffs, Angel Reese's first season in the WNBA has officially come to an end. Still recovering from a wrist injury that ended her campaign early, the rookie standout decided to have a night on the town to kick off her offseason.

Over the weekend, Reese was spotted with reality dating show 'Love Island' star Leah Kateb. The two were in LA, soaking in some early-season NFL action. Reese and Kateb were in person to see the Rams take down the Kansas City Chiefs 27-24.

Kateb ended up posting a clip of her and Angel Reese together on social media. When a fan commented, confirming it was the Sky forward, she replied by saying what a nice person she was.

"She's a sweetheart," Kateb wrote.

Before getting shut down early due to injury, Reese was putting together a strong first season in the WNBA. She was named an All-Star, broke numerous records with her rebounding and almost helped Chicago reach the postseason.

Reese's stellar play had many arguing that she belonged in the Rookie of the Year conversation with Caitlin Clark.

Reese ended up averaging a double-double in her first year as a pro, posting 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds.

The LA Rams game was not the end of the fun for Angel Reese on Sunday. Later that night, she popped over to the new Intuit Dome for a concert.

Reese posted multiple videos on her Instagram story from Usher's concert in Inglewood on Sunday. The hit pop star was performing in the state-of-the-art arena the LA Clippers had built. In a few short weeks, the team will begin its first season in the new venue.

Angel Reese is kicking off her offseason in a big way, soaking in some well-deserved downtime. Once her hand is fully healed, she will likely get back to work, preparing for a bounce-back sophomore campaign.

During the offseason, Reese's focus will also be on helping grow two new ventures. The first is her podcast, Unapologetically Angel, which she started a few weeks ago. Come January, she'll be part of a brand new league to help grow women's basketball.

Starting in the new year, Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier's 'Unrivaled' league will kick off in Miami. The three-on-three league was created by the two All-Stars to help bring more eyes to the women's game and give the athletes a chance to be compensated properly for their efforts.

Stewart and Collier have already collected an array of WNBA players to compete in this league, including Reese.
