"Pete Davison has me CRYING!!!" - WNBA fans in splits over Angel Reese, Dearica Hamby & other players' lookalike picks

WNBA fans were in splits over a video of Angel Reese, Dearica Hamby, Satou Sabally, and others picking their lookalikes. The selected WNBA stars, who are in Miami to play Unrivaled basketball, revealed the names of the celebrities they have been told they look like.

In a Bleacher Report TikTok video reposted on X on Monday, Reese said that people say she looked like rapper Megan Thee Stallion, while Cameron Brink said people told her she looked like actress Cameron Diaz, although she doesn't see the similarity herself. Hamby named Ella Mai and comedian Pete Davidson, followed by other stars naming their lookalikes.

While the fans reacted to other players revealing their lookalikes, it was Dearica Hamby saying that people said she looked like comedian Pete Davidson, brought down the comment section.

"Pete Davidson fried me 😂😂😂😂," a fan wrote.

"Pete Davison has me CRYING!!!!!!!! 😂😂😂," another fan wrote.

One of the fans even said that Hamby indeed looked like Davidson.

"Damn she do look like Pete Davidson lol," another fan wrote in agreement.

A fan hilariously suggested that Reese looked like Sid from Ice Age.

"Angel Reese cap asf she know damn well everybody be calling her as* Sid from Ice Age," one of the fans wrote.

One of the fans was very confident that Cameron Brink looked very much like Cameron Diaz.

"Come on buddy, everyone can see the Cameron Diaz on you from a mile away," a fan wrote.

Meanwhile, one fan offered another celebrity lookalike for Sabrina Ionescu.

"Sabrina know damn well she looks like Julia Roberts she got the chin, hair and everything," the fan wrote.

Dearica Hamby once dropped high praise for Angel Reese

Angel Reese made her first All-Star selection in her rookie season. Before she headed to Phoenix, Arizona for the star-studded game on July 20, she got high praise from her All-Star teammate and LA Sparks star Dearica Hamby.

Before the All-Star game, Hamby was a guest on one of the segments of ESPN's SportsCenter. She was asked about one player she was excited to play with at the All-Star game. Hamby named Angel Reese, showering praise on the Sky star.

"I'm excited to play with Angel, you know. I think we both have really high motors and we kind of play similar. So, excited to play alongside her," said Hamby.

Reese also reposted her reply on the post on X by Joshua Sánchez. The Sky star wrote that she was also excited to play with Hamby.

"can’t wait to see you & play wit you D! ❤️😭 @dearicamarie."

Angel might have struggled offensively in her rookie season. However, she garnered a lot of respect among her peers and the WNBA for her elite rebounding and resistance.

The WNBA star has been putting up work in the gym this offseason, and the fans are hoping for a more dangerous Angel Reese in the 2025 season.
