Rapper Polo G made a confession to Angel Reese in the second episode of Reese's 'Unapologetically Angel' podcast. The 'Rapstar' singer joined the Chicago Sky rookie Reese to talk about a variety of topics in the 30-minute-long episode.
Polo G, born Taurus Tremani Bartlett, told Reese that he watched basketball but perceived himself as a 'highlight' fan. He said that watching Angel Reese and more players going at it in college made him closer to women's basketball.
"What y'all had going on in college is what really shed more light on it for me to watch it way more than I did," Polo G said.

Angel Reese marked an era in college basketball with her LSU Tigers, winning the 2023 national championship against Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Apart from the two, Cameron Brink, Paige Bueckers, Kamilla Cardoso, Hailey Van Lith and more have put on a show, turning a lot of heads to women's basketball.
Reese was one of the best in her class, and until her season ended prematurely, she was a candidate to win the WNBA Rookie of the Year award. The Chicago Sky brought her and Cardoso to build another competitive team to challenge for the WNBA title in the mid-term.
Polo G tells Angel Reese his NBA comparison
Besides talking about his newfound appreciation for women's basketball, Polo G named one NBA player he considers fot comparason.
It was no other than two-time NBA champion LA Clippers star Kawhi Leonard.
"I'm gonna say Kawhi Leonard and this is why. Because I'm probably quiet, just like him. I'mma play defense; I'm pretty long, my arms long, so I'm pretty decent on defense. And like, I got a decent mid-range [shot]," he explained.
Well, that does sound like Leonard, one of the best two-way players in the NBA. He was a menace on defense during his early years in the league, but as the years went by, he also developed his offense, leading two different franchises to the promised land.
Just like Leonard, Angel Reese could become a two-way threat for opponents. She's already a great rebounder, but if she can develop her game on defense and on offense, she could reach A'ja Wilson's level.
The Chicago Sky found a gem with Reese, but it's now time to polish her skills and see how far they can go.
