Prior to having her rookie season cut short due to injury, Reese was one of the top players in the 2024 draft class. In addition to being named an All-Star, she led the WNBA in rebounds and was selected to the All-Rookie team. Reese averaged 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds.

Ohanian tied the knot with Serena Williams in November 2017. They have two children together.

Angel Reese reacts to WNBA Finals Game 5

The WNBA Finals between the Minnesota Lynx and New York Liberty went all the way to five games. Among those who caught Game 5 in person was Angel Reese.

The Chicago Sky forward was sitting courtside Sunday, donning an outfit that supported both the Lynx and the Liberty. As the game went on, Reese made numerous posts.

Her first post came at the end of regulation when the game was still tied. She was excited to see things come down to overtime.

Later on, Reese ended up giving a shout-out to Liberty center Nyara Sabally. She cited her as an X-factor in the win for New York.

Sabally logged only 17 minutes in Game 5, but was impactful on the floor. She ended with 13 points and seven rebounds on stellar 5-for-7 shooting from the field.

The Liberty managed to edge out the Lynx 67-62 in overtime. After coming up short in the finals last season, Breanna Stewart & Co. delivered the Liberty their first title in franchise history.
