Behind-the-scenes footage of Angel Reese twerking with recent podcast guest Sexyy Red left many WNBA fans unimpressed. They took to social media to share their thoughts on how the Chicago Sky forward conducted herself.

Sexyy Red appeared on the WNBA star's Unapologetically Angel podcast last Thursday and was asked by Reese to teach her how to do the twerk. A BTS of it went viral on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, and fans immediately dished out their opinions about it.

"Yeah... Angel Reese is cooked. Shaq need an apology too. Sexyy Red didn't even have to 'try' to get this b***h to act like that thot," one fan laid down.
"Angel Reese time is up, she needs to go away already," a user said.
One fan focused on Reese's dancing, sharing, "Angel Reese look like an alien."
"I like the Angel Reese 'highlight' video better,' another wrote.
"Am tired of seeing black female rappers, after a few talk ... they start twerking .. it's boring now .. no substance nothing," one fed-up fan underscored.
"Corny linking up with corny." another fan said.
"Both tr**h," another fan said.

Unapologetically Angel was put up on the heels of a successful rookie season for Reese. It is a weekly podcast produced by Shaquille O'Neal's The Big Podcast network at Playmaker HQ. It engages in unfiltered conversations between Reese and her guests on a wide range of topics.

Angel Reese preparing for inaugural season of Unrivaled basketball league

Angel Reese is deep in training to prepare for her campaign at the inaugural season of the 3-on-3 Unrivaled Basketball League, which kicks off next month in Miami, Florida.

The 22-year-old Chicago Sky All-Star is among 36 WNBA players set to see action in the new league formed by fellow WNBA stars Breanna Stewart (New York Liberty) and Napheesa Collier (Minnesota Lynx).

She is part of the Rose Basketball Club along with Chelsea Gray (Las Vegas Aces), Kahleah Copper (Phoenix Mercury), Brittney Sykes (Washington Mystics), Lexie Hull (Indiana Fever) and Azura Stevens (LA Sparks).

Reese said she welcomes the opportunity to play in Unrivaled, highlighting that she would be earning good money during the WNBA offseason without going overseas as was the case for many players in previous years. She is also looking forward to continuing to develop her game alongside some of the best in the league.

Unrivaled will run from Jan. 17 to March 17 and will feature six competing teams in its first season. All the games will be broadcast over TNT Sports.
