"She got taste": WNBA Twitter goes wild over Donald Trump’s granddaughter following Angel Reese, Caitlin Clark & more 

As it turns out, Kai Trump, US President-elect Donald Trump's granddaughter, is a fan of Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, and, from the looks of things, the WNBA as a whole. After Kai, who has committed to golfing at the University of Miami, commented on Paige Bueckers' Instagram post, WNBA fans took note.

In response, several fans scoured Kai's Instagram, going through the list of people she follows. Screenshots posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, show that she follows Nika Mühl, Clark, Reese, and Bueckers in addition to collegiate hoopers. While Reese has been a pretty vocal critic of Donald Trump and his recent election win, Kai Trump follows her on Instagram.

"Oh she’s a fannnn," a fan wrote.

"Not Trumps granddaughter commenting under P’s post," another fan wrote.

"Wait she follows damn near everyone on the team I think she a fan," an X user added.

The fact that the future University of Miami golfer follows so many WNBA players caught the attention of fans, who were quick to react on X.

"look at her following page," a fan said while posting a screenshot of Kai's following list.

"If she can get her grandpa to make Angel and Paige slander illegal, she gets her 10s from me," one fan wrote.

"She got taste," another fan uttered.

While Caitlin Clark didn't endorse a political candidate, Angel Reese has been a vocal critic of Donald Trump

Kai Trump may be following Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, and a number of other NCAA and WNBA players on Instagram, but Reese has been a vocal critic of Kai's grandfather, Donald Trump.

After Trump won the recent presidential election, Reese took to social media, expressing her disappointment in Americans. In a series of posts, Reese aimed at Trump and American voters alike.

"I’m so disappointed in America…. Some of you just couldn’t selfishly put your pride aside huh??!?!? ... As a woman, I’m heartbroken for us all…," Reese said.

Considering Kai Trump, who is the daughter of Trump's son, has even spoken at one of Trump's political rallies in the past, Reese may not have the same mutual respect for Kai as the future NCAA golfer does for the Sky star.

While Clark didn't directly endorse either candidate heading into the US election, she did like an Instagram post from Taylor Swift urging Americans to get educated and vote.

Despite that, her boyfriend, Conor McCaffery, has been more open about his political views. Leading up to the election, McCaffery posted a picture of Michelle Obama speaking on CNN on his Instagram story along with a heart.
