On Monday, Ogunbowale uploaded her latest vlog to her YouTube channel. The video detailed her trip back to Notre Dame, where she got to see Hannah Hidalgo face off against Paige Bueckers and UConn.

The Fighting Irish managed to hand UConn their first loss of the season, in large part due to the play of Hidalgo. She put together a dominant outing, ending the game with 29 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.

While on the sidelines, Arike Ogunbowale touched on Hidalgo already eclipsed 1,000 career points in college. She went on to confidently say that the sophomore standout is going to shatter the all-time scoring record set by Caitlin Clark.

"She legendary already," Ogunbowale said. "She gonna shatter the record."

Based on how she's started her college career, Hidalgo has a chance to quickly climb the all-time scoring ranks. After averaging 22.6 points as a freshman, she's increased her average to 25.2 in year two. If she maintains this pace across four years, Hidalgo will certainly have a chance at the record. She still has a ways to go though, as Clark left Iowa with 3,951 career points.

Arike Ogunbowale surprises Hannah Hidalgo during Red Bull interview

Hannah Hidalgo is no different, most recently doing work for Red Bull. While shooting a commercial for them, she was surprised with a visit from Arike Ogunbowale.

The interview starts off with Hidalgo being asked about previous Notre Dame women's teams. Specifically, the 2018 squad that went on to win a national championship.

While Hidalgo was trying to remember everything she could from that season, Arike Ogunbowale emerged. She welcomed her to the Red Bull family and then quickly hit her with a tough question. When asked to choose between this year's team and the '18 championship team, Hidalgo went with her squad.

Ogunbowale was a junior in 2018 when the Fighting Irish had won it all. It was her breakout year in college, posting averages of 20.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists. She'd slightly increase her production as a senior, resulting in her being a top-five pick in the WNBA Draft to the Dallas Wings.
