Sparks' Rickea Jackson reacts to Funny Marco’s bold request to block Lou Young during podcast

Rickea Jackson had a hilarious reaction to Funny Marco asking her to block Lou Young in the middle of their podcast. The comedian joined the former NFL player on Thursday's edition of "The Lou Young Show," where they starred in a fun moment involving the LA Sparks rookie.

A clip shared by its official Instagram account showed the moment when Marco talked about Jackson as somebody from the WNBA that he would date, which prompted Young to search more about her.

"Shoutout Rickea Jackson. That's probably the only person in the WNBA that I can see myself with," Funny Marco said.

When Young grabbed his phone to do his research, Marco tried to snatch it, but it didn't work. He then called Jackson and told her to block Young.

"Hello? If anybody named Lou [Young] DM or follow you, block him, ok? Thank you," Marco said. "I'm just talking some s**t and I was talking about you on his podcast and he was like, 'Yeah, she's hot as hell, he look good,' So I was like, you know..."

Jackson asked for more details about what Marco was saying about her.

"I was like 'you look good, if I could be with somebody in the WNBA, that'd be you,'" Marco said. "Just block him, he got a wife and kid."

Fans speculated about her love life last season, but Jackson made it clear that she wasn't in a relationship.

Before Funny Marco shot his shot, Rickea Jackson called out fans in October for insisting she was in a relationship when there was nobody special in her life.

She even questioned those who said she was lying and promised that if her love life went through some changes, fans would know from her and nobody else.

Jackson then clarified that despite being seen hugging Western Illinois Leathernecks defensive back Jordan Anderson, she considers him her brother.

After a solid rookie season, Jackson and the Sparks are ready to keep building a competitive team. For now, she is navigating the waves of relationship rumors and having people like Funny Marco shoot his shot at her.
