Comedian Theo Von deleted his Instagram story regarding the boyfriend of Indiana Fever's Caitlin Clark. Clark's boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, recently celebrated his birthday but had a different way of doing so. He was with the famed comedian, who posted photos of them celebrating with different women, which WNBA fans weren't happy with.
Fans didn't like how McCaffery had celebrated his birthday after Clark posted a heartfelt message about him on social media. Fans weren't impressed, however, when the birthday celebrations turned a bit wild.
"YALL WHY DONT YOU LOOK AT THEO VONS STORY FOR CONNORS BDAY. GET THAT MAN AWAY FROM CAITLIN RN I SWEARRRRRER," one fan posted the screenshots on X (formerly Twitter).
Most of Clark's fans weren't happy with how McCaffery decided to celebrate his birthday without the star guard. Here are some fans had to say.
"Get him away from CC this instant she deserves better," one fan was livid.
"That’s not what my queen deserves," another fan mentioned.
"I need Caitlin's friends to have a conversation with her...," one fan immediately showed concern.
However, there were a few fans who didn't want to make assumptions just based on the social media posts.
"Nobody needs to be making assumptions. We know nothing about what’s going on and Theo is a friend of Caitlin’s," one level-headed fan said.
"Don’t be making assumptions. We don’t know anything about their relationship," another fan didn't want to assume anything.
"Y’all are acting weird it’s his birthday. he went out with friends in broad day and those are bottle girls," one fan explained.
Caitlin Clark posts pictures of her boyfriend to celebrate birthday
Caitlin Clark didn't want to be the last person to show affection for her boyfriend's birthday. The Fever star posted four photos of her and McCaffery on Instagram. She also composed a sincere birthday message for him.
"Happy Birthday Con! Celebrating you is easy :) thankful to have someone as selfless and as loving as you in my life🖤 May this be the year you finally find a way to outshoot me ;) Love you always 🥺🤍" Clark posted on IG.
The two have not been shy in letting the public know about their relationship. According to People Magazine, the couple started dating in April 2023 but only made their relationship public after four months.
Since then, the two have been a strong couple and are in full support of each other's careers. While Clark continues to inspire people in the WNBA, McCaffery works as a team assistant with the Indiana Fever.
