"They didn’t do her double-double dribble " - WNBA fans react to Angel Reese catching strays over TikTok parody video

Even though Angel Reese has been one of the best rookies in the WNBA this season, she still has room to improve her game. The Chicago Sky player has displayed strong rebounding skills, but when it comes to scoring, Reese has scope for improvement.

A viral TikTok video shows two girls parodying Reese's plays, including her missed shots close to the basket, the way she dribbles the ball, and her celebrations when she finally scores after multiple attempts.

A lot of fans reacted to this video, with some adding more stuff that she does on the court.

"They didn’t do her double double dribble 😂," one fan said.

Others noted how accurate the depictions were.

"That's not actually Angel Reese?" another fan asked.

"i mean the first one isn’t accurate??" somebody else wondered.

A group of fans defended Reese and some even attacked Caitlin Clark.

"Can we get the Caitlin Clark turnover parody?" somebody asked.

Angel Reese is closer to breaking the record for the most consecutive double-doubles in league history. She currently has 11 and after breaking the record for a single season, she's about to tie Candace Parker, who did it 12 consecutive times.

Angel Reese claps back at criticism over her offensive game

A couple of weeks ago, Angel Reese spoke about her role within the Chicago Sky. Reese is embracing her role as a rebounder and someone who does the "dirty work," no matter what it is.

"I knew coming into the league what I was gonna bring," Reese said in a post-game press conference. "I don't really care about outside things. I knew my game was gonna change because I rebound, I play hard. ... That's just my job within this team. To rebound."

"Diving on the floor, trynna get steals and trynna do the dirty work. A lot of people don't wanna do the dirty work. I'll step in ... I'll mess up my nails and lashes and stuff like that just for my teammates."

Reese isn't a prolific scorer like A'ja Wilson or Breanna Stewart, but she's already making an impact on the game with her rebounds.
