The Las Vegas Aces faced the Los Angeles Sparks on Saturday night and there was a moment where Kelsey Plum and Kate Martin were captured together in a single frame. The picture was then posted on social media, comparing it to the iconic Miami Heat duo of Dwyane Wade and LeBron James.
This triggered the WNBA fans, who flooded the comment section to express their thoughts on the comparison. Most comments did not like the comparison of Plum and Martin to D-Wade and King James.
One fan highlighted that the comparison was trying too hard to make a moment.

Kelsey Plum and the Aces shine against the Los Angeles Sparks
Kelsey Plum and the Las Vegas Aces walked out of the Michelob Ultra Arena with a win on Saturday night. The Sparks gave tough competition to the Aces but were outscored eventually to lose the game with a final score of 89-82.
Dearica Hamby led the Sparks, scoring 29 points, nine rebounds and dishing out a single assist. Lexie Brown followed with 16 points, two rebounds and two assists. Sparks rookie and former Standford player Cameron Brinks did not have a great game offensively as she scored only three points. However, she was dominant defensively, collecting eight rebounds.
As for the Aces, Jackie Young and A'Ja Wilson both had a great night. Young posted 22 points, collected six rebounds and dished out 11 assists, while Wilson also scored 22 points with ten rebounds and a single assist. Kelsey Plum was greatly effective in the game, scoring 17 points and providing five crucial assists.
Kate Martin came off the bench to score three points, five rebounds and five assists. Overall the Aces were riding the home support of the fans in the Ultra Arena, delivering an upset to the Sparks early in the season.
