Caitlin Clark added another accolade to her impressive rookie campaign by earning the Player of the Week award once again on Tuesday. The Indiana Fever standout was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week, marking her third consecutive Player of the Week honor. This makes her the first rookie in WNBA or NBA history to secure the honor three successive times.
The basketball community was abuzz, with fans heaping immense praise on the rookie for her consistency.
"This is more GOAT stuff from Caitlin Clark!" a fan wrote.
"CC could retire at season end, and she would still be talked about in years to come as one of the G.O.A.T.s," commented another fan.
"That's amazing but stop drawing the NBA comparisons. Not the same sport. There is no connection. Caitlin on her way to being the WNBA GOAT though," opined another X user.
One fan said:
"Does she get trophies for all the records she breaks? If she does, where does she put them all. I could watch her play all day."
"MVP MVP MVP. The title is most VALUABLE player. Not “Best”. Someone whom has added value to their team. This describes Clark."
One X user claimed:
"I gotta see a list of all the records she set after the season is over because it feels like it’s something every week."
A look at Caitlin Clark's incredible week

The All-Star averaged 25 points per game in three games, helping Indiana to a 2-1 record in that span. The rookie also averaged 10 assists, 7.7 rebounds and 4.3 3-pointers made per game.
