Angel Reese is enjoying her ever-growing popularity in the WNBA. The Chicago Sky rookie has not only won the hearts of millions of basketball fans, but she is also much loved in the music industry. Recently, Reese joined Kyle Kuzma's girlfriend, Winnie Harlow, showering love on American rapper Lady London on social media.

London posted a video of herself lipsyncing to J. Espinosa and Kamaiyah's "Get Ratched" song on her Instagram handle.

Both Reese and Harlow added a comment on the post.

Reacting to the video Reese wrote,

"TRICKIN AS A SPORT!! OKAYYYY."

Harlow added this comment,

"ANOTHER ONE," she wrote in the comment section.

On her post, the American rapper can be seen lounging in her white hoodie and also sent a shoutout to Lakeyah.

Reese recently appeared in the WNBA All-Star Game on June 20. She had a double-double, posting 11 points and 11 rebounds. Reese and Team WNBA beat Team USA, 117-109.

Rapper Lakeyah sends a shoutout to Angel Reese in "Can't Get Enough" track

One could easily argue that Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark are two of the best rookies in league history. Since this season started, they have both been impressive and already creating an on-court rivalry.

While Reese might have slid to second spot behind Clark in the ROTY odds, she received an endorsement from Atlanta rapper Lakeyah. The artist made it known in her song “Can't Get Enough “ who she thinks is this year's top rookie.

In the track, Lakeyah is heard rapping,

“Rookie of the year, I feel like Angel Reese.”

Previously, Lakeyah has praised Reese calling her a "Louisiana freak" and a perfect "10."

Angel Reese also gave a shoutout to the rapper on her X (formerly Twitter) account, writing:

“I love me some @lakeyah.”

The growing popularity of the WNBA has been visible in the hip-hop industry. Lakeyah isn’t the only rapper who has recognized the growing influence of women’s basketball.

Back in May, Megan Thee Stallion welcomed Angel Reese and other Sky players on stage during her tour stop at United Center in Chicago. On the same show, GloRilla also gave a shoutout to Reese during her performance.
