Angel Reese is the TikTok captain in the Unrivaled league. She has been getting other players involved in her TikTok videos, and now she is also giving reviews.
When her former Chicago Sky teammate Marina Mabrey posted a dance video on LiAngelo Ball's viral song "Tweaker" on X, formerly known as Twitter, Reese was not impressed.
The video showed three Phantom players – Satou Sabally, Natasha Cloud and Mabrey – doing the viral dance. With both Sabally and Cloud out of the frame, Mabrey kept looking at Cloud while she danced and appeared like she was following her.
Angel Reese reviewed the dance: "Marina, i think you can do better😭😭🤣."
The Phantom player replied: "I deffff can imma try again tmrw 😅."
Reese then replied: "because the way you came in the training room today so excited for me to see, i was expecting better sister 😭🤣🤣🤣🤣."
Angel Reese and Marina Mabrey played together with the Sky before Mabry was traded to the Connecticut Sun. They will play for separate clubs in the Unrivaled league. Mabrey will represent the Phantom club and Reese will play for the Rose club in the 3x3 basketball league.
Angel Reese has perfect reply for her outfit trolls after landing Vogue cover
Angel Reese has already been made aware of the cruelty on social media. In the last few months, Reese has been acutely judged by trolls.
While she tried maintaining deaf ears to the trolls, it sometimes got harder. The last blow came on New Year's Day when she deleted her Instagram profile after being slammed by online trolls for her revealing dress.
Just a week later, Reese made a perfect comeback against her trolls on X. Reese is Vogue magazine's choice for the cover model of its latest issue, and she used her latest achievement to shut down her trolls.
Angel Reese made a few posts on her X alluding to being trolled for her clothing.
"Show up as yourself even if it makes other uncomfortable," she posted on Wednesday.
In another post, she shot back and finally had the last laugh. Reese flaunted being on Vogue's cover.
"I 'covered up' and gave y’all COVERGIRL. 💋," she wrote.
Angel Reese has been a subject of discussion among fans and podcasters, not for her game, but her choices off the WNBA court. People trolling her for her outfit was one of the many instances in which Reese has felt unfairly disrespected.
Last week, while discussing the impact of Caitlin Clark and Reese on Jeff Teague's "Club 520" Podcast., Charleston White had said Reese was trying to "sell her p***y."
