Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese was in Los Angeles over the weekend as she enjoyed her early WNBA offseason. Reese spent Sunday night at Usher's concert and was even serenaded by the R&B singer. She also sang a short line of one of his songs.
Reese visited the West Coast after the Sky failed to make the playoffs. She was already out of their final six games due to a wrist injury that needed surgery. She would have been on the sidelines for the postseason if the Sky held on the No. 8 spot.
After watching the LA Rams beat the San Francisco 49ers, Reese went to Intuit Dome for Usher's "Past Present Future" concert tour. She was in a private section and the artist let her sing a few lines from his song "There goes my baby."

Fans took to the comments section and reacted to the video. Reese appeared to have had a great time and even hit the right notes as her fans celebrated her fun start to the WNBA offseason.
"Usher had my Angel nervous," a fan wrote.

Angel Reese is coming off a great rookie campaign despite what some of her critics are saying. She had a historic year in terms of double-double and rebounding records.

Reese looked nervous when Usher put the microphone on her to sing, but she did well despite not being a professional singer.

Angel Reese took the WNBA by storm despite the criticism she has received on social media. Reese passed her rookie year with flying colors and will be a big part of the league's future.
She garnered a lot of attention for her activities off the court, including hanging out with famous people and attending the Met Gala in New York City before the start of her WNBA career. She was also in a couple of concerts during the season.
Reese went on stage during Megan Thee Stallion's performance in Chicago in August. She was also backstage during Chief Keef's concert in June.
