Caitlin Clark has recently completed her record-shattering rookie season where she established herself as one of the best players in the WNBA. While she is enjoying her first offseason, the Indiana Fever star continues to have her impact felt.

Clark's boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, works as an assistant coach for the men's basketball team at Butler University. In dedication to Clark, the university gave a new look to its official mascot. The university decided to dress its mascot in an Indiana Fever jersey, inspired by Clark.

In the video posted on X, the university's mascot Butler Blue was seen wearing a #01 Fever jersey and a clip-on hair wig while it looked around the court. Butler Blue, at the end of the video, walked away from the camera's view.

The WNBA has experienced an exponential rise in overall viewership of its games. Clark's Indiana Fever has recorded the highest number of games with the most viewers this season.

Moreover, after she arrived in the league, the league signed a multi-year broadcasting deal worth billions. With the new deal, the WNBA is set to earn over $200 million annually, a substantial increase from the current $60 million.
