Caitlin Clark excited to see boyfriend Connor McCaffery take coaching journey to Butler

Caitlin Clark is excited to see her boyfriend Connor McCaffery wear a new hat as an assistant coach with the Butler men's basketball team. It is something that she fully supports, believing that her man can excel in it.

McCaffery joined the Bulldogs in September after working for the Indiana Pacers. He is looking to tap on his NBA coaching experience to help coach Thad Matta build a winning program.

Back in September, Caitlin Clark shared her thoughts on her boyfriend getting the assistant coach post at Butler, telling members of media, via Indiana area sports journalist Scott Agness:

"Super excited for him. Obviously his basketball knowledge is pretty good and it makes it fun to bounce ideas off each other. Yeah, I'm super proud, He really worked hard for that. It will be fun. Fun to go to those games. I love college basketball... Give me something to do throughout the offseason. Something to root for..."
