The Indiana Fever's social media manager Karlee Williamson has become the center of attention after the viral Dijonai Carrington post on X.

The Fever's X handle made a post dedicated to Aliyah Boston on Wednesday, who finished in the top 10 in blocks per game last season.

The post showed an animated video of Boston brutally blocking the Connecticut Sun star's layup attempt in a game played on June 10. The post earned Williamson a shoutout from the Fever as well as WNBA fans on social media.

Karlee Williamson was born and raised in Indiana by Christian parents. According to her LinkedIn profile, she finished high school at Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, Indiana, in 2017.

Williamson stayed in Indiana to pursue her college education. In 2020, Williamson earned her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations & Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.

Karlee Williamson was born as Karlee Bland to Teresa Czenk and Jerry Bland, who have been married for over 25 years now. The 26-year-old Karlee is the oldest of the three daughters.

Her two younger sisters are high school athletes. Madison Bland and Ally Bland play basketball for Edgewood High School. Ally also plays softball. Karlee had also played softball in her high school.

Karlee is married to her high school boyfriend Elliot Williamson. The couple got engaged in July 2021 and married on Nov. 19, 2022, at Abram Event Venue in Spencer, Indiana. They also have two dogs named Louise and Jackie.

Karlee has a special love for hiking and exploring nature's beauty. She is often seen posting her hiking snaps on social media.

Before she became associated with the Indiana Fever, Williamson divided most of her time between Bloomington and Colorado. She took the first big step in her career with her position as the Indiana Athletics digital & social media intern for Indiana University Bloomington.

She later worked as a social media assistant for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee in 2021. Just a month after leaving the position, she joined the Indiana Fever as a social media coordinator.

As the 2024 WNBA season started, she was promoted to the social media manager position for the Fever. Since then, Williamson and her team have fed the fans with some amazing and entertaining feeds.

Interestingly, Karlee also has years of experience as a lifeguard. She worked as a lifeguard for Monroe County YMCA for two years. She also worked as the waterfront director for McCormick's Creek State Park at Spencer, Indiana.
