"Will she score a point before she gets cut?" - WNBA fans react as Nika Muhl keeps stunning in fits amid DNPs

WNBA fans react as Nika Mühl keeps stunning in fits amid DNPs

Nika Muhl was seen arriving at the Climate Pledge Arena in a stunning outfit that had fans turning their heads. The Seattle Storm rookie stopped and posed for the paparazzi present in the arena to give them a good look at her glamorous outfit.

However, the fans were not very pleased with the former UConn player as she has not played much since getting drafted to the franchise. Muhl has been away from action on the hardcourt mostly because of the coach's decision.

The fans expressed their opinion on Muhl's outfit praising her for her stunning but also trolling her for not getting any game time.

"Just one basketball highlight from her is all I ask," @_jaleal said.
"More fits than minutes but she so fly," @crisburr said.

While most fans trolled her for not getting any playtime, some fans praised her fit for the game.

"Yeeesssss Nika!!" @abstractgrrl13 said.
"sometimes you just gotta pop out," @malykins said.
"just give her a modeling contract at this point," @idontwannatalknow said.

The Storm have one of the best records (11-6) in the league right now and coach Noelle Quinn sees no need to play Muhl in a team that is already doing great without her. It seems like the coach has placed Muhl in more of an observatory role to learn from her teammates who are more experienced in the league.

Nika Muhl's future with the Seattle Storm grows more uncertain with each passing game

Nika Muhl's future with her current team is growing uncertain with each passing regular season game. There are only 144 spots available on the WNBA roster and the competition among the players to keep their spots is extremely high. It is even harder for the second-round draft picks to keep their position in a team and this year only four players managed to do that.

Kate Martin and Dyaisha Fair from the Las Vegas Aces, Celeste Taylor from the Indiana Fever, and Nika Muhl from the Seattle Storm were the only four players drafted in the second round who were able to keep their spots on the roster.

However, Taylor was waived from the Fever on Tuesday and Fair was cut from the Aces last month. Only Martin has found a stable place in the Aces as she proved herself on the court. She seems to be safe at least for this season but the same cannot be said for Nika Muhl.

Muhl has played only seven games, averaging only 21 minutes per game without any major contributions.
