Meanwhile, the Liberty are first in the overall standings with a 31-6 record and have won eight of their last 10 outings. They are also riding a five-game winning streak after beating the Dallas Wings 99-67 on Thursday. Sabrina Ionescu led the Liberty's winning effort with 20 points, five rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block.

Minnesota won their first two encounters this season, while the Liberty clinched victory in their third encounter as they seek to draw their regular-season series.
