Zarielle Lacole “Zaay” Green is an American college basketball player who plays guard for the Alabama Crimson Tide women's basketball team, which represents the University of Alabama as of April 2025. Green has played in 33 games, scoring 519 points, grabbing 164 rebounds, and making 149 assists. She is a draft prospect for the 2025 WNBA Draft, which will be held on April 14, 2025, at The Shed in New York City. Green initially played for the Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball team of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee.

After playing two seasons at Tennessee, Green later joined the Texas A&M Aggies women's basketball team, where she averaged 2.9 points per game over 17 games during his junior season. She later transferred to the Arkansas–Pine Bluff Golden Lions women's basketball team, which represents the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. During her two seasons at Golden Lions, she scored 894 points, grabbed 423 rebounds, and made 289 assists in 55 games. In the 2024-25 season, Green joined the Alabama Crimson Tide women's basketball team, where in 33 games, she averaged 15.7 points, 4.5 assists, and five rebounds per game.
