Valorant's Episode 9 Act 3 is set to begin on October 22, 2024. Depending on a player's region, it could start on October 23 or 24. Many big and small changes have been incorporated into the game over the years. Riot Games announced hardware bans to combat toxicity, agent balances are more common, and cheating is not a very major issue in the game at the moment.

However, Valorant could still improve in some major areas as Episode 9 Act 3 clocks in for the world. This article will highlight some key suggestions that could make it even better in the future.

Valorant Episode 9 Act 3: 5 improvements the game could incorporate

1) Queuing in The Range

The Range is where players go to warm up or practice their aim. This is usually an important aspect of the aim routine for many. Unfortunately, in order to queue for any game mode in Valorant, you have to get out of the Range.

Perhaps allowing players to queue while they're still in Range will help maintain the flow of their aim routine, allow them to finish their warmup, and keep them focused as they enter a match. Once a match is found, players can be brought to the Agent Select page directly from the Range. This will allow them to remain cognitively engaged while the queue finds a match.

2) A trading system

Valorant cosmetics are some of the most attractive across all FPS titles in the world right now. Not only are they aesthetically appealing, but for many regions, rather pricey as well. Having a trading system running in Valorant could make it a more interactive environment in terms of the game's cosmetics.

Players could sell their rare skins and collect them as well. Limited edition items such as the Arcane Sheriff could easily become a collector's item, cementing the iconic legacy of the Riot Games cosmetics team.

3) Community events

Valorant often introduces new weapon skins or cosmetic collections during major events such as Halloween. However, full-blown events or themed missions and challenges are often missing from the game. Previously, the Snowball Fight Mode was released in the game around Christmas.

However, it has not seen the light of day in a long time, and other themed modes were also not introduced. Community events such as a Halloween mode would certainly add to the hype of the title and also result in a richer player experience.

4) More servers

This is a common concern for many players across the world. Some regions just do not have enough Valorant servers. For instance, there are not an awful lot of server options for people playing between Singapore and Sydney. The Asia-Pacific region consists of only about six servers.

Similarly, Brazil only has one server. It is true that it's a small region but players still face connectivity issues and an additional server could be the difference maker.

5) Replay system

Finally, and perhaps somewhat predictably, the fifth improvement Riot Games could make would be adding a replay system. Valorant is a unique game that combines the FPS genre with the Hero-shooter genre in a more tactical way than many other titles, which means you are facing a lot of utility damage while playing.

Many times, players are taken out without understanding what is transpiring. Whether it's a wallbang or just an insane flick by the opponent, having an effective replay system would better help players understand how they died and improve their own gameplay.
