The attacker's goal is to plant a device called the spike in the plant sites while the defenders need to prevent this spike from exploding. Teams swap sides after 12 rounds and the first team to achieve 13 rounds wins. Console players need not worry about the complexity of the game as custom-built gameplay to maintain the strict level of core, competitive gameplay will be ensured.
