Attack

A Site

Attacking the A Site is relatively simpler than the B Site. When pushing toward the former site, activate Iso’s signature ability Double Tap to ensure you don't get eliminated instantly. Additionally, use Contingency to keep yourself and your teammates safe from the A Bridge side when pushing in.

When the enemies are being aggressive near A Main, utilize Undercut to render them vulnerable and secure an easy kill. Additionally, getting a pick early in the round will weaken the opponents’ defenses.

Always focus on the A Tower area since the players usually stay there to catch the attackers off guard. The back site is another area you should keep your eyes on as many players hide there until reinforcements arrive.

B Site

When attacking the B Site, either go to B Nest of B Main to catch any opponents trying to be aggressive. Additionally, make your way toward Danger while walking to gain control of the entire site and eliminate any enemies present there.

Moreover, you can use Iso’s Ultimate ability, Kill Contract, to eliminate an adversary playing passively by hiding behind cover.

When pushing into the site, watch the B Tower as many players like to push the smokes placed there to score some kills by catching players off guard. Apart from that, you can focus on the B Link area since the opponents can hide there.

Defense

A Site

Defending A site of Valorant's Abyss map is rather easy since there is only one entrance. With the help of the Controller Agent of your team, gain A-main control to make the opponent team fall back and push the other site.

If the enemies push into the A site, you can fall back for the rest of the team and try to retake the site. When retaking, throw Iso’s Undercut in the common spots where enemies usually hide and push in. Double Tap will be exceptionally effective while retaking as it grants you two lives.

B Site

As for the B site of Valorant's Abyss map, let the opponents push into your crosshair since they can push from many angles. Peeking B-main without any support is not recommended since it can be bad for you and your team. Additionally, push the Danger side to catch players off guard and fall back to the site when you secure a kill.

When you hear enemies rushing toward the site, fall back and play for a retake since they have a numbers advantage. During the retake, check every angle and corner since the enemies may hide in unpredictable spots. Additionally, you can use Kill Contract to slow down the opponents when they are rushing.
