- Update on Punk & Rock: It’s been a week since CM Punk turned heel on The Rock and we’ve heard no reply from The Rock yet.Rock has tweeted and posted on Facebook since then but has not addressed the WWE Champion. Jim Ross tweeted the following about the situation:
“@CMPunk has questions to answer on Raw according to some. I’m not 1 of them. Is Punk a villain? I think not. @TheRock isn’t complaining.”
- Doc Preview for CM Punk DVD: The documentary portion of the upcoming CM Punk DVD set will have a runtime of 1 hour and 50 minutes, according to WWEDVDNews. Here’s is WWE’s updated preview:

- Raw Preview: WWE is taping this week’s edition of Raw (30 July 2012) from The US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, OH. No announcement has been made by WWE, it is likely that tonight’s show will feature the return of Randy Orton as he’s being advertised by both WWE and the arena website for the show.
No matches have been announced for the show, but the dark match is being advertised as John Cena vs Big Show and John Laurinaitis in a Handicap Match.
Triple H is being advertised for the show, however Brock Lesnar is not.
The show will of course feature fallout from last week’s 1,000, including CM Punk’s apparent heel turn, and the appointment of AJ as Raw’s new GM.
