WWE Money in the Bank 2012 Predictions

These are my predictions for WWE ppv Money In the Bank, for the matches and participants announced till now, that is going to take place on July 16.

Raw’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match

For this match Four participants have been announced till now i.e. Kane, John Cena, Big Show, Chris Jericho. This match has a stipulation that only former WWE champions can participate in the match so if Rey Mysterio returns we might see him participating in this match. Looking upon contestants and the match’s history it is mostly the wrestlers in heel role who have won the the Ladder match. In this match everyone else John Cena has turned heel as of now. Looking at the contestants experience Jericho and Kane are old players where as Show and Cena are new. Being Cena’s first MITB match he is the least experienced player in the match. Jericho hasn’t been doing much since his return. Also, he is the man behind the innovation of MITB so he is much more of a contender than anyone else in the match. Big Show is not a player of MITB match type but he can come out as a winner. In this match I will place my bet on Cris Jericho because he is probably the guy for a match like this.

World Heavyweight Championship Match

Sheamus vs Alberto Del Rio

This is not the hardest match to predict because of a simple reason, Alberto has never defeated Sheamus. There is no way he can defeat him in a legitimate match. But looking at the other side Sheamus has been constantly fighting matches and needs a little rest so he might just be dropping the title. Some interference from Ricardo may prove fruitful for Alberto but is not sure to get him a win. Looking at various angels, I can say one thing, Alberto is not getting his hands on the Gold and I expect Sheamus to retain his title.

WWE Championship Match

CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan

This not a match I want to see because these two have been facing each other for some time now and none of their match has ended in a nice simple ending.But this one is gonna be a little better since AJ is serving the guest Referee. There has always been something wrong and a incident leading to another match. The same i expect here, the match ending in a brawl. Rumors say Daniel Bryan is going to WWE champion but i believe CM Punk is going to retain the title. Even if somehow Bryan is able to seize a victory I am sure Punk is geting the Title back in a rematch.

SmackDown’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match

For this match 7 participants have been announced till now i.e. Christian, Tensai, Santino, Tyson Kidd, Cody Rhodes Damien Sandow, Dolph Ziggler and I dont expect anyone else to be included in the match. First of all I wanna say who I do not expect to win the match, Santino, Tensai and Damien Sandow because the latter two are new to the roster and there is no news or rumor about giving them a push, about Santino, being the US champion is big enough for him. Talking about other superstars present, Christian is the IC champion and for the past few years one superstar has not owned two titles at the same time and his chances are also deemed. Rest are Cody, Ziggler and Kidd all three are young superstars full of talent and probably perfect for this concept. Kidd has been out of main storyline for a big time and he is lesser expected to be coming out as a winner. But for the other two wrestlers, they both have been rumored to be pushed for the World Championship Gold and they are. Among these two I will favor Cody Rhodes as he was rumoured sometime ago to fight Sheamus for World Championship. This match will be a interesting one and worth watching.
