WWE'13 game to release on October 30; pre-orders begin

According to Gamestop.com, the official North American release date for WWE ’13 is October 30, 2012. They are now taking pre-orders, and as usual, exclusive pre-order content will be available on release. While Gamestop has yet to reveal exactly what will be included in their pre-order content, it usually contains WWE Legends, or alternate attires for current WWE Superstars that will also be made available for download at a later date for an additional cost to the player.

- WWE Holding HBK Appreciation Night: The WWE Raw Supershow on Monday, August 6th, 2012 will be Shawn Michaels Appreciation Night. It’s being held at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, which is HBK’s hometown.

- WWE’s New DVD: WWE has been working on a new DVD for John Cena vs. The Rock, with the title expected to be “Greatest Rivalries.” This has been a new idea and collection of DVD’s which featured Bret vs. Shawn.

The DVD is expected to be called “Once in a Lifetime” which is directly from their buildup match from WrestleMania 28. The details of the DVD are still to be determined, but expect all of the buildup from the previous year, backstage information, exclusive interviews from celebrities, and the topping of the actual match from WrestleMania.

Also, the one hour documentary that aired prior to Raw will be included as well, highlighting the life and careers of both men. There is no release date for the DVD yet.
